What is Podcasting ?
Podcasting is a method to publish audio
and video files online in a way that allows
users to subscribe to the program. Software
allows the user to automatically detect new
episodes and download them.. This is
accomplished through the use of RSS feeds.
Essentially, it has provided a vehicle for
thousands of independent audio shows to be
developed and delivered on a regular basis to
people who are interested. They generally arrive
in MP3 files or MOV for video.
